Hello, my name is Graham Macfarlane. Many call me Graz. I am a third year student studying for a degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering at the University of Reading in the UK.

I have many interests and hobbies, many of which tie in nicely with the above mentioned degree. They include: Electronics, Robotics and Design.

My computer related interests are:

• 3D modelling & animation.
  This is something I have been interested in for years and have a nice portfolio accumulating.
• Programming in Delphi/C/C++
  Experience in these fields has largely been excelled by work completed in my degree course. Much development in this area is still ahead of me.
• Video editing (Rotoscoping & Sound Compositing)
  A very thrilling pass time which was spawned through the discovery of the "Fan film" forum which is the main resource for Sci-Fi related media produced by armatures on the internet.

Other interests include:

• Model making
  
• Music
  Over the years I have become quite a competent piano player.
• Art
  My skills in this area complement my abilities in the fields of design technology and 3D art work.
• Swimming
  
• Badminton
  
• Street hockey
  
• Break Dancing
  This is a fairly recent addition to my hobbies list. I'm not the best Bboyer in town but this sport is one of the main reasons my nick name 'Graz' has stuck over the past years or so.
